Profile:

Diploma in Agriculture/Organic Urban Farming has been launched in the Academic Year 2020-21 under UGC and NSQF guideline. The diploma course is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) approval E-mail dated September 23^rd, 2020. A scheme was launched by the UGC on ‘skills development-based higher education as part of College/University education’. The course is recognized by the Government of Maharashtra, Approval No.- 2021/(62/21)/.मशि.4, dated 29/10/2021  and Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, Affiliation order reference no. CA/1988 dated 23/11/2021.  It is fully involved in the skills related to the Organic Farming. It helps the development of the student's technical knowledge about Agriculture Sector . The course Diploma Organic Urban Farming will help them to enhance their knowledge, and keep globally connected with the help of Organic Farming.

Aims and Objectives:

           1 To give knowledge about Agriculture Sector.

           2. To make awareness of new trends in Organic Farming

           3. To increase industrial Approch in Agriculture Sector.
